Cancellation policy

Return policy
We accept returns within 14 days. This means that after receiving your item, you have 14 days to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, contact us at info@design-revival.com. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address:

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

If your return has been accepted, you will receive a return label and instructions on how to proceed.

Damage and problems
Please check your order immediately upon receipt and contact us promptly if the item is defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered so that we can assess and resolve the problem.

Exceptions / Items not eligible for return
Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom-made items (personalized items, special orders), and personal care products (e.g., beauty products). Returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases are not accepted.

Additionally excluded:
• Discounted / reduced items (2 collections completely excluded from exchange)
• Vouchers

Exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged items. If the return is accepted, you can then reorder the desired item separately.

European Union – 14-day right of withdrawal
Regardless of the rules mentioned above, for deliveries within the EU you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The items must be in the same condition as received – unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will receive a refund minus a 10% restocking fee to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
